Sports Family

My family does a lot of sports like baseball, basketball, lacrosse, and when my brother, Ryan, was littler, soccer. We do baseball every spring and now with my coach, Derek. Every winter, Ryan and I play basketball and it’s fun! This season, we lost all our games. It was terrible. But at least we can watch the Denver Nuggets with season tickets! My family also has lacrosse sticks. So, we go in our street and pass a Swax-Lax (bean bag version of lacrosse ball) for about 15-30 minutes. Soccer was fun to watch. We had chairs and snacks as we sometimes sat in the rain. We are definitely a sporty family.

Bring Your Kid to Work Day

If your mom or dad works at a company, they’ll probably have Bring Your Kid to Work Day. It really worth it. You get to go around your parent’s work and learn all about it like how to program or become a junior scientist. Not just in school. More advanced. Or if your neighbor works at NOAA or Google, ask them about their job. And if you ask, you might get to go on a VIP experience around that company. Bring Your Kid to Work Day gets a 10 out of 10!!!

Starbucks Fun

For Christmas, I got 2 $5 gift cards for Starbucks and being with my friend is cool. We got hot chocolates and we got to bring our Chrome Books. The croissants are so flaky, crispy and YUMMY!!! My mom has given us a chance to be independent and free! Go to Starbucks. (They have free Wi-Fi.)
